NumeroVedic is a service operated by Nakshatra Vani Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U96906MH2026OPC471003). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use numerovedic.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Personal information: your name and date of birth (used to calculate your numerology numbers) and your email address (used to deliver your report). If you provide a phone number, we use it only to send your report/order updates.
Payment information: payments are processed entirely by Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international). We never store or have access to your card or bank details.
Usage data: we automatically collect basic device/activity data (IP address — used to approximate country and detect referrals, browser/OS type, pages viewed) via our own first-party analytics and Google Analytics, to improve the Service and measure our advertising.
To calculate your numerology numbers, generate your AI-powered report, deliver the PDF to your email, process your payment, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
We share the minimum data needed with: Razorpay & PayPal (payments), Supabase (secure database), Google (Gemini) & OpenAI (GPT) (AI report generation — your name/DOB and numerology data only; no payment data), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (anonymized website analytics). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and payments run on PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure (Razorpay/PayPal).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can opt out of marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights — including deleting your account and all associated data — email us at support@numerovedic.com from your registered email address. We action verified requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies plus Google Analytics and our own first-party analytics. You can decline non-essential analytics via the cookie banner, and control cookies through your browser settings.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and purchases require you to be at least 18.
